Patrick McIntyre is a Co-Founder and Partner of SX Wisconsin, a Sales Process Consultant and Outsourced VP of Sales who concentrates on helping small and medium size companies optimize their sales strategy, process, execution, and management. From hiring the sales force, transforming the companies’ sales culture, implementing new sales processes and procedures, and instilling best practices, Pat focuses on the strategic level, as well as tactical, to help companies achieve record-breaking results.
Pat is an entrepreneurial visionary who has owned and operated multiple businesses as well as served on Executive Leadership teams in both Sales and Operations. His previous experiences in a Sales Leadership capacity include leading regional and national teams of between 5 and 50 sales professionals for organizations with revenues between $2M and $100M in a variety of industries including technology, construction, power and utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

After 20+ years of holding a variety of VP Sales and Marketing corporate positions with record breaking results ($1M to $1B settings), Susan founded Strategy Tuning in 2013 and co-founded SX Wisconsin in 2022 to focus on the SMB market in her home state. She has intentionally guided her career in a manner that resulted in fulfilling sales leadership positions in over 15 industries, affording her insightful perspective.
Today Susan focuses her expertise on enabling clients to grow sales revenue, improve profitability and implement comprehensive sales strategies. With her strong mix of executive marketing experience, Susan is also equipped to lead the integration of sales and marketing functions that is essential in driving the right balance of marketing funnel activity to achieve scalable growth objectives.
Susan’s passion is to solve complex problems for B2B business owners by breaking through recognized or hidden barriers related to people, process, systems, and market conditions to achieve improved sales results.
To escape busy life, Susan enjoys shooting traditional archery, hiking, and spending time with her husband at their cabin in the Wisconsin Northwoods - where a strong cell signal is hard to come by.
